Army Corps Confirms DAPL Leak Detection Shortcomings

In a response to to a comment by the Environmental Protection Agency, the Army Corps of Engineers confirms that DAPL's leak detection system is unable to identify leaks under 1% of the pipeline's total flow—or 240,000 gallons per day.
