On Aug. 28, North Dakota wiped clean Lakota People's Law Project Lead Counsel Chase Iron Eyes' legal record after his NoDAPL protest at Standing Rock. The same day, a Judge Lee Christofferson unsealed depositions and other discovery material from Chase's trial. Now those materials will be available to water protectors, attorneys, press, and others who continue to safeguard the sacred.
